CHRISTmas

Every year I try to find a way to make Christ the center of Christmas. I have a goal to memorize
The Living Christ by Easter. It is something I hope everyone has the chance to read this Christmas (no matter what your faith might be).

It's Great To Be 8

Liam's Baptism is right around the corner. I am so proud of him and his choice to be baptized. I hope this day will always mean a lot to him. I am grateful he is getting baptized at an age that allows him to better understand his choice. I read this talk (The Covenant of Baptism: To Be in the Kingdom and of the Kingdom by, Rober Hales) earlier. It was a good reminder for me as a Mom of the importance of my sweet Liam getting baptized. Here are some pictures we had fun taking the other day.

Liam wanted to play photographer for a bit

Piano Girl

Layla loves the piano and she absolutely adores her Grandma Holly. This has been a fun year for her. I can tell it is something she will always enjoy. I can't thank my Mom enough for making this possible. We love you!!!

Thanksgiving Perriton Clan

I was lucky enough to host Thanksgiving this year. Many wouldn't consider that lucky but I live for this type of stuff. Not to mention everyone was so helpful. We had a wonderful time with all of our family. It couldn't of gone more smooth. We absolutely treasured our time with Grandma and Grandpa. They stayed with us. It is the first time we have spent a few days with them and all three of our kids. Usually we just see them for a brief time and it almost always is with other people (which is also fun), but it was nice to have this one on one time with them where they were able to see the kids in their environment. It really did mean the world to us and I know these are memories that will last a lifetime. This Thanksgiving was a great reminder for me of the importance of family. It is important to treasure those relationships, work on them and enjoy them. Family will always be by your side. Thank you to everyone for making the effort to come down. I hope it was as wonderful for you as it was for me.

This sums up Londyn's Thanksgiving, poor girl still wasn't feeling a 100% after her surgery

One of my favorite memories from Thanksgiving was Grandpa with his Grandkids. He is so patient and took such good care of Londyn when she was hurting. It is safe to say the kids LOVE their Grandpa!
