Mrs. Humpty Dumpty

Layla, always falls. No matter where we are she falls off of something. It always looks really bad. I have no idea how we have avoided any serious injuries.
I was not one bit surprised when she told me she feel out of her chair in her church class and hit her head. She wanted to write the woman a note who came and helped her feel better. I thought it was hilarious and had to share :)

Gummy Grins Make ME Smile :)

I love this little girl and how much she smiles. If she ever starts to fuss I have no problem turning that frown upside down. I love awkward baby smiles. Nothing is cuter and only a baby can get away with these expressions :) Can you imagine if an adult was making the same faces while trying to smile :)

Best Friends

I looked outside and these two buddies were just resting in the grass looking at clouds. I had to take a picture. They are the best of pals :)

Schools Out!

Liam had his school program a few days after Londyn was born. I wasn't able to make it for obvious reasons. But Liam sure did LOVE it! Why you may ask, well it was a PIRATE themed graduation :)
We were so pleased with Mrs. Jackie. She did a wonderful job. I realized how well Liam does in a structured environment. She is really on top of things. We will miss his Pre-School but not terribly because Layla will be attending there next year :) Liam certainly is ready for Kindergarten.

Liam's thoughts

Liam: "Mom, if we ever move will I have to tell you all the places I wipe my boogers?"
Me: "That is gross! You should tell me any way so we can clean them up."
Liam: "In the back corner of my closet, in the toy room corner, and I have a special place under my booster seat."
Me: "Well, Thanks for being honest but if you are putting it in those places you might as well just go put it in a tissue."
Liam: "That's a great idea Mom!"

Yes, they were in all the places...

Pictures

These are honestly the best new borns ever! Liam had an awkward smile that day. I remember my parents trying to get me to smile normal at his age. I thought I was doing a great job :) Sorry about your wedding picutres Aunt Elaine and Uncle Hobe. I was Liam's age exactly :)

Love the Wilda's

Our dear friend James and Summer were in town and I was able to see them the other afternoon. This family is amazing. I adore their girls. Love you Summer!

Dress Up

I love where I live, largely because of the people who surround me. My friend down the street the other day just stopped in and had MADE this dress for Layla... Layla has never been into dressing up until now. We wear it everywhere but I have learned it isn't easy to buckle her in her car seat. I am just excited she has moved on from pirates and ninja's. I will take the awkward car seat buckle.
Liam wanted to be a missionary one day and this is what he came out wearing. He then went and rode his bike for a while... He looks like a very convincing missionary. Dinosaur helmet, shoes on wrong feet, robot tshirt and a zip up tie.
Londyn, continues to melt my heart every day. This girl is soooooo sweet. I know she is still young but she amazes me with how content she is. She just started smiling this weekend and it melts my heart. I miss her when she is sleeping. That is easy to say because she only gets up once during the night for the most part. She isn't even screaming when she does. I am realizing my other two really were difficult babies. In particular the one in the yellow dress. Love them all to pieces :)
Belle isn't she BEAUTIFUL :)
Liam wanted to dress up like a missionary...
