1st Dental Visit

Our tiny tornado really shocked me and took the dentist very serious. The first and only time I have seen her calm and obedient since she learned to walk. It's a miracle!!! She loved the toothpaste and I figured out why half way through. All kids have a sweet tooth. This little girl is clearly addicted. Anything sweet she calls Gummy. If she says any "gummy" it will ALWAYS result in a tantrum. Her brain gets focused on that and there is no distracting. She kept asked them for "more gummy please". She even wants it in tooth paste form. 

Whoops and Ouch

Layla and I have NO idea how this happened. Our guess is over time her earring just slid right out splitting her ear lobe in two. Yup! Poor girl. If your going to have your earring ripped out this strategy seems to be the least painful. Since it healed as it slid out we had to see a plastic surgeon. 9 stitches later she should heal and be back to normal in no time. 

Sick Spell

Safe to say we were non-stop sick from Christmas on through April. I had a never ended sinus infection that wasn't responding to ANYTHING, Londyn had ear infection after ear infection on top of Pnomonia. Liam decided to join in on the fun and also had Pnomonia. That's how we roll around here when we have a lot on our plate. It feels like topping it off with illness really seals the deal so life can push you over the edge: But... We survived and are now feeling much better and I found the cure to my sinus infection!
