The other day we went to the shoe store to get Liam some shoes. Londyn found a pair she loved. Glitter, hot pink Jellies which light up. I couldn't justify buying them so I made her put them back. As Londyn seems to like to do (all day every day) she put up a fight. A big fight. Her heart was broken and the screaming began. I apologized to those around me and wrestled her out of the store. Moments later the worker came running out and handed Londyn the shoes. A lady in shoe store saw how sad Londyn was and purchased them for her. It was so kind and thoughtful. I am so grateful my children can see others serving others. It meant a lot. Every time i look at those shoes I smile.
