BYU Basketball Camp

Liam and Tai did the BYU bball camp together. It was so dang cute and very similar to what I did growing up. Liam has quick reflexes and is good on his feet. I'm so happy these two have each other. Tai is sweet as can be and couldn't be a better friend.

BYU soccer Camp

I love how sporty my little Layla is. She lives for adventure. She is tough as can be. She makes her Mother and My sisters very proud. She keeps showing more and more Wells girl the older she gets!
She loved the soccer camp at BYU and did great early this summer. My sisters and I attended the sports camps almost yearly growing up. It was so fun to see her have the same experience.

Hot Tub Time

Grandma Holly and Grandpa Paul got a Hot tub. So when my step sisters come down the cousins put it to use :)

Build a Bear

Grandma Holly took Londyn to Build Bear for this years gift. Londyn threw a tantrum on her way in not realizing what was in store. She was really wanting Layla's candy and was determined to not go anywhere unless we gave it to her. We didn't which resulted in a tantrum walking in. Luckily, she pulled it together when we got into the store and realized what she was doing. She made a sparkly pink kitty cat. It was a treat!

My Darling Three Year Old

My Dear Londyn,
You have brought such joy into our home in the last three years. Your smile can make anyone smile. How can't it. You are adventurous and love all things girlie. You LOVE to play with friends. You love our cats (the feeling is not at all mutual) and try to sneak them inside constantly. You love to dance, have Layla play preschool, ride your scooter, swim, The Tom and Jerry Show, Cinderella shoes, milk, Liam is your buddy and I am pretty sure you and I are best friends. You love to be "hilarious" and follow up your funny attempts with, "was that so funny?". Like your big sister you know how to stand up for what you want. You are determined and have figured out tantrums. You know how to give the sweetest hugs and kisses. You want to do everything all by yourself. I am pretty sure you and I are made of the same mold. You have brought laughter and joy. I am constantly stopped by EVERYONE and am told how darling you are. It's true you are the cutest. I am pretty smitten with you and it has been a pure joy being your Mom. I love you my sweet girl!

For your Birthday we had your first official birthday party. You understood every bit of it. You wanted a dress up, Minnie Mouse, tea party. That is exactly what we did. Grandma Holly made her delicious and darling cup cakes. She also brought her parachute which worked out perfectly for all the three year olds. Grandma also made a giant cupcake for us to enjoy later that evening with Grandma Dwyla and Grandpa Ed.
You haven't stopped talking about your big day. I get asked frequently by you, "Mom is it almost my Birthday?". One time I told you it was very far away. You replied, "Well let's go and drive there!".

Spring Time Fun

Dancing in dress ups in the spring sun

My brave kids switched schools. We loved the charter school scholastically but love out town so much we wanted our kids to be in the same school as other children in our wonderful community.
Late spring snow play date with best friend Leah
We love eye injuries. Liam accidentally got Layla good in the eye and felt awful. Layla as usual barely even cried. This girl is tough!
An encounter with Dora at the mall. I believe Londyn said, "I don't like she!"
Baseball kick off parade. Grandpa donated his truck for this fun event!

Auntie Tara

Tara surprised my Mom with a visit and came last minute with her kids for spring break. It was a blast as always and our kids played perfectly together as they always do. They love a good adventure these six. Very active and daring bunch. It should make for some interesting teenage years!!!

Day At The Farm

My friend invited me to her farm to see some of her baby lambs. It was soooo much appreciated and I even took Our animal loving Layla out of school for the experience. It didn't disappoint!!! It's so fun to see glimpses of your childhood in your children. Especially lately I have been seeing a lot of me and my little sister Tara in her. She loves animals like
I did and reminds of Tara with her determination when it comes to sports. Also a tom boy like Tara. Love both those girls!

Disney On Ice

Our friends Camille and Nikki invited us to join them for Disneh on ice. Layla after a few minutes looked and me and said, "Mom this is a dream come true". It was so special to see how magical it was for her. She was such a sweetie and treasured every moment. Thank you for the invite!!!
